"This review has been a long time coming. Have nothing but beyond positive things to say about Janet and her team: Anita, Tiara, Alex, and everyone else in the office. Long story short, I've been with Janet's office for over 10 years with at least 6 different policies and they have always provided the best customer service. Full accountability and how things should be handled. Had some issues with the State Farm Auto Claims Division that they all went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. I believe State Farm the corporation has its issues but Janet's office does not. They understand how difficult and ridiculous corporate can be, and do everything they can to help you through their issues. Transferred to Janet's office originally just by chance because my original State Farm office became useless. Highly recommend giving Janet and her team a call!!!"

"We were recently notified of a change in Insurance agents and wasn't sure what to expect. We met with Anita Scribner with Janet Lin's State Farm office and had a great experience. She reviewed our current insurance and pointed out some of our discounts and answered our questions. She was open, friendly and very knowledgeable, offering information that we may want to consider for example, long term care. She also told us about her group, while new to us they have longevity at State Farm, so that reassured us. We appreciated the review and feel that we are in good hands. I would give 5 stars, but know rates will be going up."

"Update: Bad review below. So Janet has been very helpful. It seems my complaint is with the service side. So I can't say anything but horrible reviews of State farm so a far, but Janet is great at listening and attempting to get things resolved. Will update again later. 4/1/25 Really dishonest! Not sure if things are changing because of the fires, but my agent blatantly lied to me that my contractor said they could fix my roof and my contractor said no way. They're trying to pay as little as possible and now I have a leaky roof that can't be repaired. Very dishonest group. Watch out for the Claims rep. Lynette Pennick, or her Boss Melissa Blea. From the moment she got to my home Lynette started looking for reasons to deny my claim. Got on a call with my contractor and Melissa and this woman told me to replace parts of my roof with tiles from another side of my roof! If the problem is they don't make tiles that fit with the existing roof, how do I replace the side I've stolen tiles from? Really awful human beings. BAD FAITH!"
